Every Morning

Ding-dong is the sound of hell
The doorbell noise starts a new day
While I stretch for the ends of the bed
I take a big yawn
Wiping the goobies out of my eyes
I try to find the door
Stumbling and bumbling through piles of clothes
Reminds me that i need to do laundry
Waddling to the bathroom cause i need to pee
I can barley see where im suppose to aim
Making my way to the kitchen
To fix my parched mouth
The orange juice tastes like heaven
While i chug it all
That's every morning for me
Oh wait, forgot to warm up my car

Unforgettable

The warm sun was blistering my skin
While the people swarmed into the lake
But the sun was not the only object, still shining in the daylight
It was the smile of a young woman
She was a star on earth, like the sun in the Milky Way
A free spirit she was, and a free spirit she will be
This spirit will travel to all who knew
She will be missed but never forgotten
